Leadership Scholars ProgramThe Ridley Leadership Scholars Program (LSP) surrounds the scholar in an experience of three Arcs that will serve to prepare and develop the next generation of UVA Black Alumni leaders. Through the Arcs of Learning, Leadership, and Legacy, Ridley Scholars will receive a foundation of holistic training, professional development and skill-building that prepares them for a lifetime of leadership and life long bond to RIDLEY. The LSP brings together university resources, corporate sponsors, and alumni to ensure that Ridley Scholars receive a unique and rich set of experiences that engage and expose them to a variety of leadership and personal and professional growth opportunities.
