MSN/Hotmail Help

Many HoosOnline email forwarding users have reported problems with forwarding to MSN/Hotmail. Some messages are being bounced back while others are being received after a delay of many days. The issue appears sporadically for all mail at Hotmail, not just forwarded mail.

We have attempted to help troubleshoot the issue, but have not been able to achieve resolution with the ISP. Since we do not feel that this is a forwarding issue, our recommendation at this point is to forward mail to a different email provider, such as Gmail or Yahoo.
